Business Analyst

What’s the opportunity?

As part of our Business Analyst team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission of creating safe online environments in which children can thrive. You’ll help provide business and system improvement changes, the link between technology and the business. You won’t be bored and you’ll know that your work is truly important in keeping our wheels turning. You’ll be working across a hybrid delivery model and on exciting projects that make a real life impact in our children’s digital journeys.

What will you be doing?

  • You’ll support the UK team to identify opportunities for improvements and drive impactful change within our UK operations
  • You’ll manage & support allocated business systems (e.g. Hubspot, NetSuite, Dynamics, Celigo)
  • You’ll own and drive the successful outcomes of allocated local and global projects
  • You’ll work within the global BA chapter on global approaches to business, project management and reporting practices
  • You’ll work with the global finance team to ensure strong governance and internal controls
  • You’ll run the management reporting program for our UK operations
  • You’ll be supporting the inter-system integrations to ensure that business processes remain optimised.
  • You’ll collaborate with other business analysts across the business to improve our analyst practices
  • You’ll work hand in hand with the security team to ensure that our business systems comply with relevant security standards
  • You’ll proactively identify and realise cost optimisations in business systems and assist with business system migrations
  • You’ll be assisting with the business continuity planning lifecycle.

What will you bring?

  • You’ll have exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • You’ll be able to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence
  • You’ll have strong data analytics skills and process analysis/re-engineering skills.
  • You’ll have a great experience in creating and presenting business analysis, plans and reports
  • You’ll know your way around Google G Suite / Workspace
  • You’ll be experienced in using ERPs and business intelligence tools
  • You’ll have a high attention to detail, diligence and follow-through
  • You’ll be great at planning, time management and project management
